Instead, we are impatiently longing for a world that never ceases to arrive and that we are constantly waiting for. - Quote p.66 / 67 Virilio, The aesthetics of disappearance
A small room separated from the exhibition is lined with cardboard. As you enter the room you can see several cardboard
boxes filled with packaging chips straight ahead. On the right side of the room, my co-performer Gabriel Tempea sits in a chair and holds the book by Irmgard
Bohunovsky-Bärnthaler (ed.), From Traveling, Leaving and Sitting in his hands. On a washing-up sits a steaming cup of coffee. After the
audience gathers in the room, I come out from under the packaging chips and hold index cards in my hand.
In a kind of dialogic situation, diary-like short stories and thoughts on the topic of movement, journeys, locating oneself are read out loud. Finally I say
softly "Thank you".
